Google has increased the length of snippets in search results
Google has released an official
statement confirming that they indeed have made a change to the way they
previously display rich snippets in search results. A rich snippet is a brief
description of the page shown below the blue clickable URL in an organic search
result and helps search engines understand how a particular search is related
to that page.
